No regular class has been attended. The refund request is submitted before the first scheduled regular class. Once a student attends any regular class, the admission fee becomes completely non-refundable. 3. Monthly Tuition Fee Policy Monthly tuition fees must be paid on or before the 5th day of each month unless otherwise agreed. Monthly tuition fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun or classes have commenced. Students are encouraged to carefully consider their schedule before making payment. 4. Student-Initiated Cancellation Students may discontinue their enrollment at any time by notifying the Academy. If a student chooses to stop attending classes: Previously paid tuition fees will not be refunded. Outstanding fees remain payable. Admission fees remain subject to the policy stated above. Transfer the student to another batch. Reschedule the remaining classes. Provide recovery classes. Offer a partial or full refund where appropriate. Teacher Absence If a teacher is unavailable due to illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to: Inform students in advance whenever possible. Arrange a substitute teacher. Schedule a recovery (make-up) class. Students will not lose paid classes due to teacher-related cancellations. 7. Student Absence If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, they should notify the Academy as early as possible. Where reasonable and subject to teacher availability, the Academy may arrange a recovery class. Recovery classes are not guaranteed and are scheduled solely at the Academy's discretion. Failure to notify the Academy before missing a class may result in the loss of that class. 8. If the interruption is caused by the student's internet connection, device, electricity supply, or other personal technical issues, refunds are generally not available. 10. Duplicate Payments If a student accidentally makes more than one payment for the same invoice or billing period, the extra payment will be refunded after successful verification.
